①：　boot 直後 の　mount はうまく行っているようです。

①②③　の順番を替えてもだいたい同じ結果です。

④しかし、いったん（何らかの）エラーが発生した後では
# mount -t msdos /dev/fd0  /mnt
mount: /dev/fd0 は正常なブロックデバイスではありません

⑤ また　boot 直後 には mdir だけは正しく働きます
# mdir a:
file.txt  
# mcopy a:file.txt x
Copying file.txt

⑥　また　boot 直後または⑤の後に　mcopy を実行しますと
#mcopy a:file.txt 
Copying file.txt
read: 入力／出力エラーです
file rad: 入力／出力エラーです

となります。

なお、使用した　floppy は　Plamo1.4.2 の　mtools  では正しく
読み書きできますし、
勿論　Win95 or Dos/V でも正常に扱えることを確認しています。
