新堂です、たびたびお世話になます。

このたびPlamo2.0で使っておりました　Panasonic PRONOTE CF-40に
Plamo3.1をインストールいたしました。
インストール当初はテキストベースで快適に動いているのですが、
EMACSの環境など整えて使い込んでくると、作動が異常に遅くなってきます。
この様な症状は初めてですので、どこから調べていいのやら、
全く分かりません。　助言いただければと思います。

3.1は最後には起動に20分　konの起動さえ数分かかる状態でした。
今は3.2を再インストールいたしましたが、また徐々に遅くなっています。
インストールは”おすすめのノート”でEXT2でフォーマットしております。
HDDは今回新たにHITACHI_DK226A-32を入れました。

同じ型番のHDDを入れた同程度のスペックのB5ノートはPostgreSQLを
インストールしていますが、40分たっても起動しません。

CF-40の3.2でのdmesgは以下のようになっています。
とにかくHDDのアクセスが異常に遅いという感じです。
