さきほどかきもらしましたが。。

ノートPCのLANカード（PCMCIA）を使ってるぼくの場合、
以下の内容が/etc/pcmcia/network.optsに書いてあります。
DHCP=Y 以外ほとんど何も書いてありません。。
ちなみにコメントアウトしてあるのは自前のDHCPサーバ付きの一枚NICルータを
使う時の設定です。
また、デスクトップをお持ちでしたら、、ここのファイルを見に行かないので、、
デスクトップ保持者のお話しにみみを傾けて下さい。。
/etc/rc.d/rc.inet1に設定するようです。
